Swing hydraulic motor is a common hydraulic transmission device, which is widely used in various mechanical equipment. When using a stagnation hydraulic motor, its speed is an important parameter, which directly affects its working efficiency and service life. So, how much should the speed of the hydraulic motor set? Today, I will take you to learn about it.
Swing hydraulic motor is a mechanical transmission device that rotates the internal gear by fluid pressure to generate torque. Inside, there is a pair of meshing gears, one of which is fixed, and the other can rotate. When the hydraulic oil enters the motor, it applies a pressure to make the fixed gear start to rotate, thereby driving the rotating gear rotation. Depending on the direction of rotation, the hydraulic motor can generate forward torque or reverse torque.
For the speed setting of the hydraulic motor, we need to consider the following factors:
1. Load conditions: Under different load conditions, the speed of the hydraulic motor should be different. If the load is light, the speed can be slightly higher to improve work efficiency. If the load is heavier, the speed should be reduced to avoid excessive wear.
2. The flow of hydraulic oil: The larger the traffic of the hydraulic oil, the higher the speed of the hydraulic motor. Therefore, when choosing a hydraulic oil pump, the flow and pressure determined according to the actual situation.
3. Mechanical transmission ratio: The mechanical transmission ratio refers to the ratio between the input speed and the output speed. The larger the transmission ratio, the lower the output speed of the hydraulic motor. Therefore, when designing or choosing a transmission device, you need to grasp the transmission ratio reasonably in order to achieve the speed.
The speed of the hydraulic motor should be reasonably adjusted according to the load, hydraulic oil flow and mechanical transmission ratio. If the load is lighter, the speed can be appropriately improved, generally between 1500-3000 rpm. If the load is heavier, the speed should be reduced, usually between 500-1500 rpm. Of course, the specific speed settings also need to be adjusted according to the actual situation in order to achieve the work effect and service life.
