The LA4VSO Axial piston variable pump has a certain self-priming ability, but the self-priming height should not exceed 500mm, and it is strictly forbidden to install an oil filter on the suction pipe. The diameter of the suction pipe should not be less than the recommended value. In addition, the pump must be adjusted to full deflection when self-priming.
When the speed exceeds 1500rpm, it is advisable to use oil supply, and the oil supply pressure is about 0.7MPa. In an open system, the flow rate of the oil supply pump should be 130% of the pump, and in a closed system, the flow rate of the oil supply pump should be 35% of the pump.
