LA11V0 Axial Piston Variable Pump

The plunger pump is a type of reciprocating pump, belonging to the volumetric pump. Its plunger is driven by the eccentric rotation of the pump shaft and reciprocates. Its suction and discharge valves are both one-way valves. When the plunger is pulled outward, the pressure in the working chamber decreases, the outlet valve is closed, and when it is lower than the inlet pressure, the inlet valve opens and liquid enters; when the plunger is pushed inward, the pressure in the working chamber increases, the inlet valve closes, and when it is higher than the outlet pressure, the outlet valve opens and liquid is discharged.

The variable stroke is very short. And the variable mechanism is designed for high-pressure operation and is controlled by a control valve. Therefore, the pump has a fast response speed. The radial structure design overcomes the problem of axial piston pump slipper eccentric wear. Its impact resistance is greatly improved.

The hydraulic piston pump relies on the hydraulic oil tank for oil supply by air pressure. After each start of the machine, the hydraulic oil tank must reach the use of air pressure before the machine can be operated. The straight-axis slant plate piston pump is divided into two types: pressure supply type and self-priming type. Most pressure supply type hydraulic pumps use oil tanks with air pressure, and some hydraulic pumps themselves have oil replenishment sub-pumps to provide pressure oil to the oil inlet of the hydraulic pump. The self-priming oil type hydraulic pump has a strong self-priming ability and does not require external force to supply oil.

In case of controls with several additional functions, observe the order of the columns, only one option per column is possible(e.g. LRDCH2). The following combinations are not avalable for the power control: LRDS2, LRDS5, L..GS, ..GS2, ..GS5...EC and the combination ..DG in conjunction with the stroke limiters H1, H2, H5, H6, U1 and U2.
