BMSY Orbit Hydraulic Motor is a cycloidal hydraulic motor with end face oil distribution.
The displacement range is from 80cc/r to 630cc/r for selection. It can meet the requirements of various equipment speeds and torques.
The character of BMSY Orbit Hydraulic Motor are as follows:
1. Roller type stator rotor pair structure, rotor cycloid contour modification technology, with low starting pressure and high efficiency.
2. Years of experience in processing and manufacturing, enable us to adopt a five pieces structure and advanced oil distribution form.
3. Design of multiple key linkage extraction and output shaft and manufacturing technology. Reliability and pressure-bearing.
4. The motor output shaft is supported by imported heavy-duty tapered roller bearings, Strong ability to withstand axial and radial loads which make the motor more durable.
This series of motors include:
Standard motor connection form/Wheel connection form/ Structural design such as connection form of bearingless motor.
With various connection forms, it can replace corresponding products in China, Europe and America, and customers have a wider range of choices when selecting products.
Precautions when using are as follows:
1. A simultaneous maximum torque and maximum speed NOT recommended.
2. Maximum oil inlet pressure is 310bar (Peak pressure) - do not exceed the rated pressure.
3. Maximum oil return pressure is 310bar (Peak pressure) - do not exceed the rated pressure.
4. Recommended Maximum System Operating Temp. is 82°C [180°F].
Advantages of connecting the outer leakage oil pipe of the casing:
1. By flushing motor housing, you can control the pollution.
2. The oil discharged from the cooling system dissipates heat from the motor, thus can extend the service life of the motor.

Torque (Nm) = Displacement (cc/rev) x Working Pressure (MPa) x 0.16 (Factor)
According to the functional theorem: Vm (ml per radian) × w (radian per second) × p (MPa, differential pressure) × (total hydraulic motor efficiency) = w (radian per second) × T (Nm); so T =Vm×P×η; where the milliliter per radian of Vm is converted into milliliter per revolution and needs to be divided by 2π, which is multiplied by 0.16.
The displacement can be seen from the product label. The working pressure depends on the pressure gauge at the entrance of the orbit hydraulic motor. Knowing these two values, you can calculate the output torque of the orbit hydraulic motor at this time.
