Quality Control / From Casting to Final Test
Casting: The Same High-Quality Foundry That Supplies Eaton Our castings are sourced from the same foundry that supplies Eaton. Made of HT300 high-grade gray cast iron, the blanks feature a dense, uniform microstructure with zero porosity or blowholes, laying a solid foundation for precision machining and long-term durability.

1. Precision Machining: Key Tolerance ≤ 0.003 mm Core components such as the stator are finished on high-precision internal grinders, with critical mating surfaces held to ≤ 0.003 mm. This micron-level accuracy guarantees consistent volumetric efficiency and stable performance unit-to-unit, with virtually no batch-to-batch variation.

2. Heat Treatment: Vacuum Carburizing & Quenching - HRC 60±2 Critical transmission parts are processed with vacuum carburizing and quenching, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 60±2 while maintaining core toughness. This dramatically improves wear resistance and load capacity, extending overall service life.

3. Assembly & Testing: Clean-Room Assembly + 100% Leak Test All products are assembled in a constant-temperature, dust-free clean room to prevent thermal variation and contamination from affecting fit accuracy. Every unit undergoes 100% air-tightness testing, with leakage 30% below the industry standard, eliminating both internal and external leakage risks from the start.
